A Diary has always been an excellent way of organizing thoughts, taking notes and collecting information in everyday life for many people. Now with Efficient Diary you can do all those things on your computer as well.

It has a editing interface similar to Microsoft Word, so you can use it with ease. You can insert various items such as tables, pictures, emotions, URLs or even attachments. You can set the background color, background picture of each diary entry separately so your diary can be rich and colorful.

Efficient Diary brings all the features of your regular diary and much more on your PC. It has a strong data indexing feature that lets you find any entry that you may have created with its easy to use search function.

You entries are Password Protected – so even if you share a common computer with anyone, your personal information is safe. The login password is encrypted by the irreversible algorithm of SHA; besides, the content of the file itself is encrypted so that your private information is fully protected.

All the entries are saved in Date, Month and Year Hierarchy – So organization of notes and entries becomes super easy.  Except for managing diary entries by date, you can also manage it by hierarchical grouping.
